Comfortable room with lots of pillows. Helpful receptionist offered parking options. Nearby park with playground. Allowed early check-in. Easy to travel to nearby locations with bus stop in front of hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right across the street. It only took us around 15 minutes to reach the city center by bus. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the fact that there was a supermarket right across from the hotel, making it easy to pick up any essentials we needed. the transportation options and location of this hotel made it a great choice for exploring this city.

This hotel offers outstanding value for money, with modern, clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak good English. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and lovely views of the Old Town from the river.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Room temperature was too hot and unable to open window due to traffic noise. Limited English TV channels for tourists.

The rooms were minimalist but just the right size for two people, and super tidy and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were efficient and helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket right opposite the hotel. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at Motel One again.
